ACRA is taking serious enforcement\u00a0 against company who fail to file their Annual return and conduct Annual General Meeting (AGM).<\/p>\n

Other than\u00a0 penalty or composition fine , company may face the following enforcement\u00a0 :<\/p>\n

ACRA will send notice to the company registered address and offer composition fine .<\/p>\n

If there is no action taken, relevant director will required to attend the court .<\/p>\n

You may received notice to attend court without offered of composition fine .<\/p>\n

If director fail to appear in court, Warrant of arrest will be issued by the court .<\/p>\n

In court, the director can decide whether to plead guilty or claim trial to the charges. If the director is convicted by the court, he may be fined up to a maximum of $5,000 per charge.<\/p>\n
